Grocer Pro can be billed through the App Store. In the United States, you can also subscribe on the web through Stripe checkout. Manage or cancel with the payment provider you used to subscribe.
If you subscribed through the App Store
- On your iPhone, open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions, then Grocer.
- From here you can switch plans (monthly ⇄ quarterly ⇄ yearly), see your renewal date, or Cancel Subscription.
You can also get there from inside Grocer: open Settings, tap the Grocer Pro card, then Manage Subscription.
If you subscribed on the web (United States)
Web purchases are billed by Stripe. Open Settings in Grocer and tap the Grocer Pro card — Manage Subscription opens your Stripe billing portal. You can also use the billing-portal link in your purchase confirmation email. From the portal you can update your payment method, see your renewal date, or cancel.
What happens when you cancel
- Pro stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- After that, nothing is deleted. Your lists stay in your iCloud and the free limit applies again (2 lists). Every list stays fully editable — you just can't create new lists past the limit until you resubscribe or trim down.
Trials
The 3-day trial converts to a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends. Canceling during the trial keeps Pro active for the rest of the 3 days.
Refunds
For an App Store purchase, request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a web (Stripe) purchase, email support@grocer.sh. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
